ZillowVERIFIED He did extensive examination of the house we were interested in, to the point we felt comfortable purchasing an older home that needed work without the inspection you often need to waive in today's market. He also did a great job setting us up for successful negotiations. We were confident in the value of the home (lower than asking) and took that knowledge and the knowledge of the work needed to successfully close on the house well under asking price. Beyond the sale of the house Mark also offered numerous references for contractors for every system in the house and also helped us navigate things like reappraisal for taxes and zoning for renting part of the property. We were excited to work with Mark and are excited to continue working with him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED After interviewing 8 agents in the Lancaster region, my wife and I selected Mark as our buyer's agent for his real estate knowledge and dedication to serving his clients. We got all of that, and so much more, from working with Mark. He worked with us to understand our purchasing power as well as housing needs and preferences. In each house we saw, Mark took careful notes and observations that served us well as we considered the pros and cons of each property. When drawing up offers and negotiating, Mark advocated for us aggressively to ensure we put in strong yet reasonable offers in a competitive buying market. After we had an offer accepted, Mark identified vendors for us to work with on home improvements and repairs. A week after we moved in, our furnace broke down during the first cold snap. Even though it was the evening, Mark rushed over with a space heater, and helped advocate for us with our home warranty company to ensure the repair occurred as quickly as possible. Mark has gone above and beyond for us so many times. As first-time homebuyers, we are so grateful we found Mark through a friend's recommendation, and we will be recommending him well into the future!
