My wife and I found Mark when we went to sell our home. My first conversation with Mark lasted the best part of an hour. In that time we talked about the housing market, what we could sell our home for, and what we could achieve when finding our next home. And that set Mark apart from the rest. He took the time to really talk with us and got to know us. Mark has answered texts and calls late at night, early in the morning, and on weekends and holidays. Makes me wonder if he even sleeps. Hes a great communicator. I mean great. Hes constantly sending my wife and I messages about land, where we are in the offer process, everything. Hes all in 100% of the time. But hes also realistic. Hes got a great mind for analyzing and watching the market. Hell tell you what he thinks and gives advice, but doesnt push you to choose so he can make money. My wife and I have truly felt that we were his priority, not money or commissions. He has negotiated for us, fought for us, and was willing to walk away with us if we werent satisfied with the deal. Mark is professional, bold, personable, and dedicated. Mark will forever be our realtor, and we will always recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Man I dont even know where to start with this review all I can say is that this man deserves a reward for putting up with me for almost a year now trying to help me to sell my house when I keep changing my mind and buy a house and relocate in another state I have never had a realtor go up to bat for me like this one has and I am just absolutely blown away that he has kept his calm and his coolness entire time and not just lost it with me completely I have changed my mind a million times and not done anything I said I was going to do on my end of it as far as getting the house ready for sale plus Ive been a basket case its been a really big deal for me since my family was totally against moving and I was really scared but in the end it worked out it has been a complete chaotic mess yet he managed to make it happen for me and I was able to make $100,000 off the sale of my home after he sold it in one week once I made up my mind and we now have it under contract now for $350,000 Ill be able to pay off my mortgage and my dream house in Michigan I am so excited and I am so appreciative of Mark for everything that he has done for me I couldnt have had a better realtor here in Colorado springs and hes amazing that must sound like somebody wrote that as a setup but as you can see I dont use any punctuation so its the real deal Im a real person this really happened LOL Mark I can never thank you enough from the bottom of my heart I truly am grateful for you it was meant to be I feel like God gave him to me to make this work out the way it did and it was just put together like the pieces of a puzzle and I cant even find the words to tell you how happy my daughters will be to grow up on 6 acres with their own lake.
