ZillowVERIFIED I initially contacted Mark's office on a Sunday and was told they would have him call me back. He did. Immediately!In a brief conversation Mark assured me he could help and would gather information needed to have a fuller conversation about marketing the property. He did this in just a couple of days, and when we met, he had a full marketing plan together for my review. He provided clear guidance on what I needed to do to ready the property for sale, and explained the actions that would take place when we were ready to list.When the property was listed, I got two great offers within two days. We closed in less than a month. This was the easiest property sale I've ever experienced.
