Mark was great! I had already been looking for a home for over a year, working with another realtor, and the process was not going well. I lost bids on several homes. And then I was referred to Mark by a friend. It was such a night and day difference from my last realtor; he was extremely knowledgeable about the market, as well as home construction. I never felt pressured to make an offer. He was always very accessible and responsive, and always steered me in the right direction.
