Mouin was absolutely amazing to work with. He went above and beyond helping us purchase our home. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in and was always prompt with scheduling showings. Mouin was honest about the houses we looked at and was very helpful in pointing out any negative things he saw (such as soft spots in floors or missing gutters). He had great connections for inspections and other miscellaneous needs when we asked. At one point, we were looking at a bordering state, he even helped us find a good realtor in that state as well. Ultimately it took us almost a year to find our dream home and Mouin stuck it out with us the entire time. When we did find "the one", he had the offer written and submitted within the hour and it was accepted less than 24 hours later. Mouin is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with.

Karen is an outstanding realtor. We were looking at houses in Tennessee from Florida. Many times we weren't able to see the house in person, and that was no problem for Karen. She would facetime us at our convenience and show us the properties. She made sure she showed every square inch of the home. She was so patient with us, and we thank her so much for finding our forever home. She is always on the go and never kept out of touch, even if there were no new listings. We were never on the "back burner". And the closing was great. Everything went smoothly.
