He told us that approach would create strong interest and multiple offers, and that is exactly what happened. Once the home hit the market, everything moved quickly. Marks marketing created a lot of activity, we had heavy showing traffic, and the property ended up receiving multiple offers. In the end, he negotiated a sale $20,000 over list price, with no repair burden, appraisal protection, and flexible possession after closing, which was incredibly important as we prepared for our move to Florida. What stood out most was that Mark understood this was about more than just selling a house. He understood the timing, the stress, and the bigger picture, and he guided us through all of it with confidence and professionalism. Researching I realized shortly after the sale that they had used numbers that didn't account for the fact the townhouse was in great shape, an end unit and had a2story bumpout. They basically didn't look beyond the bedrooms and bathrooms. And expensive mistake using them to sell my townhouse. Never again. Please steer clear

ZillowVERIFIED Honestly I dont know where to start ... Mark helped me buy my first home, sell that home and purchase another home so I have experienced both sides and Mark is the real deal. I echo the same sentiments that many of these reviews share but the biggest thing I can say is: Trust. The buying and selling process can be daunting which is why trust is so critical but Mark has his clients back and will be there for you. Honestly, that goes for the whole team Kerry, Lee, Dawn. I cant thank them enough and this review will never do it justice. In addition, for the roughly ten years Ive known Mark he has always been there if Ive ever had any issues with the house. The Sunday night before my walk through and closing I discovered a big plumbing problem. I called Mark and as usual he answered - within an hour a plumber was at my house and the problem resolved. After a successful closing and a new purchase (the same day) Mark took me out to lunch then came back to my new home. He not only addressed and fixed a couple issues I was concerned about but he helped me set up several software based home units. Mark is without a doubt the BEST agent in MD. And his team is second to none!!
