ZillowVERIFIEDMark was recommended to us by a co-worker whom we trust. We could not be more pleased with the quality of service and professionalism demonstrated by Mark. He has a "no nonsense" approach and provided us with facts and data to support the proposed sales price of our home. We asked him to price it to move in 30-days and the home was on the market for 2 weeks before we received multiple offers. Finally, there were a few items that needed to be addressed after the inspection and my wife and I were a bit concerned about being able to find the appropriate companies to handle the repairs. Mark's response... "don't worry, I've got it handled" and he did w/out any time or effort needed on our end. We can not recommend Mark highly enough!

ZillowVERIFIED I had past experience with Mark through my retirement business which includes providing accounting and management services for residential homeowners associations As an HOA board member, Mark was always professional, extremely responsive, and seemed very organized. When we made the decision to sell our home, I contacted Mark because I felt those traits were also a big component of what I saw to be a successful real estate practice. Wow!! Was I ever right. Once we decided to list with him, he went to work. He brought in a professional designer who did a walk through and made several recommendations. It took us a couple of weeks to make those changes. He then brought in a professional photographer and we were both extremely impressed with those results. Those photos made a very positive impression, both printed and onlineAlthough not used, because of a quick sale, he also made a drone flyover video of the whole property When the listing went live, interest was immediate. We had a contract within a couple of days and were extremely pleased with the ultimate selling price. He wasnt done. Inspections often open new negotiations, and although we had no real issues, Mark was ready to provide advice as well as recommendations of contractors to do repairs if necessary.The closing was completed on schedule, and I also know firsthand the buyers are extremely happy with their new home.

We felt Mark's photos and video of our home were superb and helped to get the right people interested. It sold quickly. We felt he was honest and fair.
