ZillowVERIFIED Where to begin???? Mark Minelli is truly a Real Estate Professional. In 2014 I was in the market to purchase a home as my landlord was selling him home. I was fortunate enough to find Mark who was extremely patient and helpful as a 1st time home owner. I ask a million and one questions and read every document word for word and had Mark walk me through everything and he did no questions asked. He took time out of his day and evenings to meet and discuss options and homes within my price range. Long story short 2.5 weeks later I was being handed keys to my very first home. I was happy and satisfied.... Fast forward 6 years later a pandemic hit, I lost my job and I needed to make sure I protect my investment and decide to put my place up in the market. I contact Mark and discuss my options. A few weeks later I requested he do a walk through and let me know what I needed to do to get my place show ready. Because I had and have OCD and a healthy fear of germs and we are in a pandemic Mark showed up with 2 masks, gloves booties and respected me and my requests with no judgement. It was extremely difficult and stressful. He reached out and asked how I was doing, how things are going, if I needed anything and the list goes on... Can I say he delivered lysol spray and clorox to bring me some sort of relief. He didn't have too... after all business is business.. Every showing I had he made sure to respect my wishes and inform everyone that masks, gloves and booties were a requirement. His knowledge of the industry, the laws, the regulations, each and every HOA and MA is amazing... His suggestions were always right... He made sure I the client was happy... And guess what... 2 months later I sold my place for more then what I settled on and it was the smoothest process because he managed everything for me. He is awesome, he is extremely easy to talk to, he is respectful, he is damn good at what he does, he cares, he makes sure that the clients get what they want while understanding the variables, he has an amazing vibe and very positive and upbeat also supportive!
