ZillowVERIFIEDMark helped us purchase a house on Eden Isle. He is so very helpful and responds to all of our questions immediately - questions about the purchase and questions about the town. All of his recommendations, whether it was for a local restaurant or a local contractor, were spot on. I really appreciate how easy Mark is to work with and how knowledgeable he is about the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark McKenzie is very professional and patient. He showed my wife and I many properties before we purchased one about 4 years ago. We repeated the process again about two years ago and upgraded to a larger home in May 2019. Mark has always been very thorough helping us with all the details of buying and selling, such as paperwork, closing, etc. sing

ZillowVERIFIED I used Mark McKenzie (McKenzie Reality) to represent me in a purchase of a large business in Heber Springs and was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and responsiveness of Mark and his reality organization. Because of the size of the purchase Mark was involved in several meetings and helped with negotiations to a successful completion. After using realtors in several states and I have found Marks organization to be as or more qualified as any in any size city. I would recommend McKenzie Reality in any size purchase or sell of property.

ZillowVERIFIED Hands down, Mark McKenzie is THE local real estate expert for Heber Springs and Eden Isle. We have sold a house and purchased a home with Mark, and the experience simply could not have been better. Mark has extensive knowledge of the market to help in either pricing your home to sell or negotiating a price on a new home. If you are looking to purchase a second home, Mark works with many clients purchasing second homes and he understands all aspects buyers should consider.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the market area, the products available, and the resources necessary to close a transaction. In addition, his follow up after the sale has been fantastic. I have purchased 6 houses in my lifetime and the experience with Mark was far and away the best!
