He worked with us on paperwork, contracts, and taking photos to showcase our home on the McKenna website and Zillow. He scheduled qualified home buyers via the handy scheduling app that allowed us to accept or reschedule appointments as needed. We received multiple offers the first two days and were able to close within 30 days. The others provided no or little guidance on how to ensure we received the maximum price for our house. The team at McKenna Realtors walked through the house, gave some strong suggestions and some good to do ideas. They told us their suggested asking price based on their suggestions. It was significantly higher than the others and was just under the final sales price that was easily in the seven figures. We couldnt be happier with the process from start to finish. We would make the same selection of agent every time. Steve was great!

I was very lucky enough to have gone through Pat McKenna Realtors, and specifically their agent Carolyn Ronayne. From day one, Jeff was very professional in his approach with some measure of understanding of the anxiety I had as a seller. My anxiety was quickly put to rest on our initial meeting with Jeff explaining the process from documentation(s) I would need to complete, the marketing he would do to showcase my home and setting realistic expectations in length of time it would take to sell all of which depends on the market. Jeff's communication with me was paramount during each stage of the process. Because of Jeff's knowledge and expertise, he was able to explain the marketability of the area as well. I'm very pleased with the results in the sale of my home. Because I was kept in the loop and well informed, I did not have to continuously reach out for updates. ZillowVERIFIED Realtors are everywhere and finding one who is right for you is almost an impossible task. However, I discovered one that tops all other realtors and here is how I found Jeff. I am a scientist when it comes to negotiating a provider and all my criteria was based on data. Proven results and the ability to execute were my number one priority. I bypassed the traditional ways of finding a realtor (friend, word of mouth, family) because I wanted one that not only was the top in the field but could bring the greatest value to my family. Data is TRUTH. I looked at stats regarding closings over six months, value of closing, list price vs. sale pricing, number of homes sold near you. The number of reviews, and most importantly what is said in the reviews, matters! It all came down to Jeff. I interviewed 10 realtors, but my gut always leaned to Jeff from the start and as soon as I met him the deal was closed.Jeff is thorough, detailed, communicative, but most importantly he finds solutions. If there is any point in the process that an issue comes up, Jeff solves it immediately and keeps the process going. At the end of the day, it is the results that are most important. Jeff sold the condo at the exact listing price in less than 60 days, with flawless execution. I can not recommend him enough. I have worked with too many realtors to count in the past. My only regret is that I just recently discovered Jeff. I want to save you all effort by letting you know; without doubt Jeffrey Amsden @ Pat mckenna Realtors is a sure win.

Mark is a realtor that goes out of his way to make sure his clients are satisfied. He was able to get our home sold within a week. We had over 30 showings the first week. The first two days we had two offers. During the week of showings. I even locked my self at of my home during that week. He came over that night and let me in.
