Josh is by far the most amazing realtor of all time. He went above and beyond during every step of the process of us purchasing a new home and selling our old home. I didnt think the process could be so quick and smooth but we managed to purchase a new home in under 2 months and sell our old property over the asking price in less than a week after putting it on the market.
