About Mark McGuire

Broker/Owner I am the broker of record and part owner of the locally owned and operated McGuire Capital Group Realty located in downtown Vacaville. I was born and raised in Vacaville and I truly understand the charm and nuances of each individual neighborhood, and am in tune with their current market values. This is not only true for the town I call home, but also the surrounding Solano County area. Having attending Notre Dame Elementary and then Vacaville High School, I know what the private and public school systems in Vacaville have to offer. Possessing an Economics and Accounting degree from University of California, Santa Barbara as well as a NMLS lender license, I understand both the emotional aspect with making one of the largest investments of your life, as well the financial aspect of what it takes to get a loan that makes sense for you, and one that also closes on time with minimal stress to you, the client. I am also part owner and mortgage broker for a private money lending company that caters to investors looking for alternative financing to the conventional investor loan products available today. Mark did an outstanding job in selling our home in Vacaville in 4 days with 4 offers in hand . I was impressed with Mark from the start. Mark with McGuire Capital Group is our go to realtor and has always delivered! The team is reliable, respectful, competent and professional which we recommend wholeheartedly.We have used Mark to purchase a second home as well as investment properties. My work schedule is hard to match as I work day and night shifts all intertwined and Mark has always made himself available around my schedule which does elevate stress on my side. Mark has met us on last minute request to view a home as well as sent us offer drafts after hours.
