We were probably the most spontaneous clients she's had. One day we said we wanted to buy and within 2 hours we had a pre-approved amount. The company we used sent us to Allison. She of course asked questions to try to find the right property and we gave her some good qualities we wanted but over all admitted we literally just decided we even wanted to buy the day before. She helped us through the whole process with ease. She was patient. She gave wonderful advice. She held our kids for us so we were able to really look at the houses. She let us open up about minor issues we had with certain houses and offered solutions. Even as we are preparing to buy our first investment property she has guided us, even if it's just simple advice. She is incredibly knowledgeable and the sweetest person I've ever met. Her team was also so nice and helpful any time we called for help or went in to her office. I 10/10 recommend her and her team.

We had a great experience with Mark. We decided to buy a vacation rental home in Gatlinburg. Each time we found a property, he promptly visited each home either the same day or the next. That was important in the hot market there. Since we reside in another state, he provided a video for the drive in, around the home, and inside. We ended up backing out of a closing after an appraisal and there was no pressure to continue, but rather supported our best interest. He was patient as we continued looking at several properties until we found the one. This is an investment property for us so negotiation was key. He went back and forth with seller's agent until we arrived at our target. Will use again if the first investment goes well!

Mark McCormick is the best real estate agent I have worked with and it's not even close. We bought, sold, and then bought again through Mark and it is always a great experience. He always looks out for his client even if its not in his best interest but his client will always come first. I never feel he is unreachable and his knowledge base locally and business is unmatched. I would highly recommend Mark McCormick to anyone needing a realtor. He was a HUGE blessing to our family! He cares about his clients as individuals and will get the job done no matter what it takes! He has the knowledge to make it happen too.
