He manages to keep everyone calm when tensions start to build, and he always goes beyond what his job description is to keep all parties involved happy. Mark went to a lawyers office on a Friday afternoon to get a signed contract to bring to another lawyer. He also did extra paperwork for the Condo board. He took clients to my home so many times just because they wanted to see it again. While still owning this property, I moved. Mark repeatedly checked the premises to guarantee it was in perfect condition for the closing.

Very professional, courteous, efficient and went above and beyond what I believe to be the normal practices in the industry. I would highly recommend this agent! There were several occasions where Mark was very helpful in giving access to those who needed as I live about 30 minutes away from the property including at least one that was very very early in the morning for a company that conducting a tag sale. Additionally, he secured offers very quickly and offered excellent negotiating tips. There was another very aggressive agent that seemed to be encroaching on the deal and Mark was able to explain and handle that situation very well. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and was able to guide as smoothly through the entire process. Because he lives in the same community where the property was located, he was very familiar with the guidelines set by the board in the community. He made sure all the paperwork required was submitted. Because Mark handled everything from A-Z, I had hardly anything to do except sit back and wait for the closing.
