ZillowVERIFIEDWe had to wait several months for our Condo to become available after our bid was accepted. Mark was with us the whole way! I can never remember calling him and him not answering. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We were not able to make it down for the inspection. Mark met the Inspector at the Condo for us and kept us informed. He said all we really needed was a new AC filter so he went out and got one for us! He also did a walk through with my daughter and face timed us. He has gone above and beyond for us. He truly values the client and will put your best interests first. We highly recommend!!

ZillowVERIFIEDWe ve bought / sold 6 houses in our lifetime and Mark is by far the best realtor we ve ever had. He found us the perfect house in a short period of time but since it was a spec home and not finished, he took photos of the property as it was being built and kept us updated every step of the way since we were out of state. He was knowledgeable about everything that we asked him and went above and beyond anyone we ever worked with. Would definitely get Mark for all our family s real estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDMark and Curt were very knowledgeable, accessible and courteous. Always quick to answer or find the answer. Listened and showed me various homes. Highly recommend. Thank you.
ZillowVERIFIEDMark is an easy-going, fun person to work with. His genuine interest in our needs and desires made buying our property a fantastic experience. We would highly recommend Mark Lawrence.
ZillowVERIFIEDMark did an incredible job. He knew that our time frame was an undetermined date in the futur but he still gave us his full attention. He showed us the listing that we had found on Zillow but also added additional properties that were similar to what we were interested in. Since we are from out of state he offered to take us to different areas to give us a real feel for the metro Sarasota area and showed us different alternatives that we were not aware of. After our offer was accepted Mark did the local legwork that we were available to do. Mark is a total professional.
ZillowVERIFIEDMarks approach is very professional, yet also personal in nature. We discussed many properties that are available and what strategies could be employed if we decided to move forward. He takes the time to thoroughly research the area, the properties and current market conditions to insure that his recommendations are as up to date and as accurate as possible. No matter how large or small the sale is, he gives you the same level of service.
ZillowVERIFIEDMark is probably one of the best realtors I have had the pleasure of working with. Now only is he patient in trying to find you just the right place, he goes above & beyond to keep looking for just the right place for you, & keeping you up-dated by phone or e-mail.I would highly recommend Mark Lawrence to anyone & would use Mark again.Roberta & David OShaughnessy
