You could say that if a PhD was offered in real estate, I'd qualify. What all those letters of certification mean is that I'm serious about my profession. Finding the right home, in the right neighborhood, for the right price for my client is what I love to do. For the record, here's what those letters stand for: CRS: Certified Residential Specialist GRI: Graduate of Real Estate Institute ABR: Accredited Buyer's Representative SRS: Seller's Representative Specialist But don't get the idea that I'm a boring professor of Colorado real estate. I love having fun as much as the next person. A Colorado native, I love to ski and travel. I put over 24,000 miles a year on my car checking out properties and escorting clients to properties. That equates to 24,000 miles a year in gathering information and expanding my knowledge of what's out there. I keep in the know and on the move. I'm known around town as the condo and HUD expert.
