ZillowVERIFIED Mark sold a home for us this fall. He was the best!! We had an over the price offer in the first week! However, the night before closing the buyer backed out. Mark was as upset as we were! The situation was the problem of the realtor they had. Anyway Mark went out of his way to get open houses and showings restarted ASAP. If potential buyers had any comments about our home to fix Mark let us know right away so that we could fix things. Our house sold quickly and we were able to purchase a home in Florida but not without problems. We had a few major problems with the seller in Florida but Mark went way above his duties and made sure everything went through smoothly! Without Mark I think we would have lost the home we wanted to buy.
