What do you do when youre looking to move to a new state, with the hopes of buying a new home, having little idea of where you should land, in a very volition aEUR~sellers market? You turn to Mark Jiorle. Correction, you should run to Mark because in this market, things are still selling really fast. How do I know? Because I not only did it, but I did it under budget! I was incredibly overwhelmed with the task of figuring out where to land after selling my NYC apartment. I needed an area that would allow for a new life, while still being commutable to NY all while being close enough to family and friends. Oh, and I should add that I had preconceived notions about what my life would look like in NJ before Mark showed me what each town had to offer (thats not a dig to this lovely state, I'm just a born and bred NYer). Mark has the patience of a saint and thats not even his best quality. He is incredibly well versed in many areas of the state and can speak to each of the pros and cons of what they offered in relation to MY needs. The biggest take-away here should be that Mark has that unicorn-like quality to not just listen, but translate the information into results that are perfectly suited to his clients needs! He was incredibly patient and always available. There was NEVER a aEURoenoaEUR? when I had the hair-brained notion of checking out a new town that didnt check my own boxesaEUR| instead Mark was always the first to say we should see it. I was quite literally all over the map, but with Mark guiding me and helping me hone in on my needs, hopes, and even my pipe dreams I found THE home. I cant thank Mark enough for all his hard work and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Mark was very positive. During our first meeting Mark came to my home and met with my family. He toured the home and informed us of the process to move forward. He made us feel very comfortable with no pressure. Once we decided we were ready to list our home with Mark he returned to finalize. At that time he informed us he was going to schedule someone to come to our home to provide suggestions for appropriate staging and he was very sensitive to our schedule. In addition to that he had a videographer photograph and create a video of the interior and exterior(drone) of the home to go along with the photos that he had taken. Everything came out perfect.Mark scheduled open houses upon our request and was exteremely helpful throughout the process. When we were unable to be at our home for specific activities he always stepped up to the plate for us. We had several contracts fall through based on buyer situations so Mark did additional Marketing and Open Houses. He worked diligently throughout the entire process and we were very pleased with his services.

ZillowVERIFIED The best word to describe Mark is PATIENT and UNDERSTANDING. It took exactly 2 years for us to finally decide that our current house is it. Mark stuck with us from the beginning until the end (and being that he was our next door neighbor he didnt exactly have a choice ). Mark is the best realtor that I have worked with. I consider us to be very difficult clients. Since my parents were giving us the down payment for the house they had a lot to say when it came to choosing the right property. So Mark not only had to deal with my husband and me but also with my parents. My father is very knowledgeable in construction and so he would knit pick (at least we felt that he did) on certain things; many of times we would just walk away from a potentially good property felling very frustrated and hopeless. Mark knew how to turn things into a joke and a few days later we would be driving around in search of that aEURoeperfect houseaEUR?. Mark is very down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and has a very flexible schedule. He was always available whether it was in person, via email or phone. I remember that on multiple occasions he would rearrange his own schedule to fit ours so that we could go out and look at a property. We highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great and dedicated realtor. Mark was a good neighbor and is a good friend.

After the contract period was up Mark suggested that I try to rent the unit until it could be sold. As soon as that listing was made public we had a lot of interest! Before we rented the unit, Mark made sure all of the proper financial/background checks were completed to ensure I got a reliable tenant who could easily pay the rent.
