I'm Mark Hewitt, team lead of the Hewitt Group in Hurst, Texas. Over the past
12+ years my team and I have closed over 1,000 homes across the Mid-Cities,
Grapevine, Colleyville, Arlington, Grand Prairie, and Fort Worth.

If you're selling, you'll get a price built on what buyers in your specific
neighborhood are actually paying, not an inflated number designed to win your
listing and then get walked down sixty days later. I'll also tell you which
repairs return your money before closing and which ones to skip, because I buy
and renovate property myself and I know where the return actually is.

an online payment estimate. School boundaries here don't follow city lines.

Before real estate I earned a Master's in Educational Leadership, and that's
still how I approach this work. My job is to lay out your options clearly
enough that you can make the call with confidence. I won't push you toward a
