ZillowVERIFIEDAfter considering several realtors I selected Mark and could not have been more please with that decision. At the point I was putting my townhouse up for sale I had already moved 1 1/2 hours away. This distance would have caused many problems and several 3+ hour round trips if not for Mark's willingness to suggest vendors, coordinate schedules with them allowing them entrance into my home and scheduling and coordinating the CO inspection. As I said to Mark, I expect people to do their jobs and do them well - that is what we get paid for, but Mark truly went above and beyond my expectations and made what could have been a very stressful and problematic period very easy for me. I could not recommend Mark more highly. He is very well versed in all aspects of the process, knows the local market very well, responds to inquiries immediately and does whatever is necessary to ensure an outstanding result. If you are buying or selling a home in the area Mark is your man!

ZillowVERIFIED I am a first time home buyer. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark as your Realtor. The level of knowledge he has is very impressive. More importantly, he took me through the entire process (start to finish) step by step. I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect next. It was very reassuring as a new buyer. With his help, I was able to find the perfect home that reflects who I am.

ZillowVERIFIED My boyfriend and I worked with Mark while searching for our first home & mark was more than helpful. Before we even got into the actual search Mark took the time to make sure we understood the process and requested in detail exactly what we were looking for, shortly after the listings came flowing through. We received daily listings of houses that included our wants/needs as well as staying within our price range. Mark was always available and always willing to help us with everything we needed. I was able to send an address to Mark and within a day or so we received as much information as he could get. Mark worked hard to be sure we were able to get into and see houses we had high interest in and always inspected the homes and provided his own input. We legit would not be where we are today without all of Mark's help! I have already referred friends to Mark because his dedication is hard to come by. I will always referr Mark in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Our selling and buying process was anything but aEURoestandardaEUR?. We had a buyer with a realtor who stopped responding to us and then completely bailed out on the contract while also demanding their initial deposit back. Mark was always one step ahead and began to line up another buyer in advance. Without his work ethic and diligence, we would have completely lost out on the house we agreed to purchase. After our closing date was pushed back two weeks, the sellers of the house we planned to buy balked and threatened to terminate the contract. Through Marks efforts, he was able to convince cooler heads to prevail. Mark worked tirelessly on our case, and it is with complete confidence that I recommend him to anyone who is in need of an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark Hebert is the BEST real estate agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We have bought and sold three homes and our only regret was that he was not our agent for the other transactions. He always answered our calls/texts/emails promptly and was truly our advocate. This time, we sold our home, and he was with us every step of the way. We lived in that home for over 30 years so things had really changed in the real estate market. He was on top of things right up until the closing. We had nothing to worry about. We would highly recommend Mark Hebert - don't even consider anyone else for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my experience buying a house and Mark really took the time to explain everything to me. He truly had my best interest at heart the entire time and I couldn't have had a better experience. I didn't just get the house I wanted, I learned so much by virtue of Mark taking the time to answer all of my questions. This couldn't have went better and am very appreciative of all that Mark did.

ZillowVERIFIED We are first time home buyers. Mark sat down with us before we dove into the house hunting process to listen to what we really wanted in our home and to explain the process of buying a home. He took us through several scenarios we could face, which really helped us narrow our selections. Mark is accessible and quick to respond; we never waited more than a few hours to hear back. He was flexible in his own schedule when we asked for walk-throughs. I am so grateful that we chose such an experienced and real estate agent to walk us through this complicated process for our first time. Mark was able to recommend equally experienced professionals to handle any contract work. If he didn't know an answer, Mark is thorough in finding it out. He seemed to have a genuine interest in achieving our same goals; assuring our family found the perfect home and was comfortable every step along the way. He educated us while maintaining a warmth, understanding how nerve racking the process can be for first time buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark is a personal friend of mine, but has also served as my real estate agent on three different transactions. During these transactions, he was an absolute professional throughout the process. He coached my wife and I through the process of purchasing our first home, which is a very special moment for anyone. He was calm and patient, and was able to help us make an informed decision. He was not pushy in the matter and seemed to be focused on what fit our needs and desires. He also helped us through a short sale, where his strategic approach allowed the whole process to run smoothly and complete within a year. Finally, his commitment to searching for our needs/wants led us to the home we currently are living in, and plan to spend the rest of our lives in. If that plan changes, I assure you that we will use Mark. Without hesitation, I gladly give Mark Hebert my unconditional, professional, and personal recommendation.
