After considering several realtors I selected Mark and could not have been more please with that decision. At the point I was putting my townhouse up for sale I had already moved 1 1/2 hours away. This distance would have caused many problems and several 3+ hour round trips if not for Mark's willingness to suggest vendors, coordinate schedules with them allowing them entrance into my home and scheduling and coordinating the CO inspection. As I said to Mark, I expect people to do their jobs and do them well - that is what we get paid for, but Mark truly went above and beyond my expectations and made what could have been a very stressful and problematic period very easy for me. I could not recommend Mark more highly. He is very well versed in all aspects of the process, knows the local market very well, responds to inquiries immediately and does whatever is necessary to ensure an outstanding result. If you are buying or selling a home in the area Mark is your man!

My boyfriend and I worked with Mark while searching for our first home & mark was more than helpful. Before we even got into the actual search Mark took the time to make sure we understood the process and requested in detail exactly what we were looking for, shortly after the listings came flowing through. We received daily listings of houses that included our wants/needs as well as staying within our price range. Mark was always available and always willing to help us with everything we needed. I was able to send an address to Mark and within a day or so we received as much information as he could get. Mark worked hard to be sure we were able to get into and see houses we had high interest in and always inspected the homes and provided his own input. Our selling and buying process was anything but aEURoestandardaEUR?. We had a buyer with a realtor who stopped responding to us and then completely bailed out on the contract while also demanding their initial deposit back. Mark was always one step ahead and began to line up another buyer in advance. Without his work ethic and diligence, we would have completely lost out on the house we agreed to purchase. After our closing date was pushed back two weeks, the sellers of the house we planned to buy balked and threatened to terminate the contract. Through Marks efforts, he was able to convince cooler heads to prevail.
