For the last 22.5 years I have been a full-time agent. As a real estate BROKER in South Jersey I come with college degrees from Rowan University & The College of New Jersey as well as multiple designations working with sellers, buyers, distressed properties & probate. I am on the leadership of the NJ Residential Real Estate Council & licensed in both NJ/PA covering a wide range of the Delaware Valley.

In over 22 years I have worked with a variety of clients representing them with home sales, short sales, divorce, estates, land, mobile homes all with a balance of standard & distressed situations.
Recently I represented a seller in Cherry Hill, NJ with their listing. They were friends prior to being clients, however their involvement of being analytical yet reasonable with the challenges that presented themselves made the experience that much better.
In 2002 I will younger & naive while deciding to pursue my 1st home. My agent & lender of the time realized that I wasn't financially ready to proceed however they recognized something in me & gave the advice to pursue my license.
In addition to a New Jersey Broker's license & Pennsylvania salesperson license, I hold many designations that are diverse & benefit my clients in a multitude of ways. They are the CRS, ABR, ePRO, RENE, CDPE designations & the Probate Specialist Certification.
