Our experience with Mark Greiger, his team members Chelsey and Isaiah Byrd, and their broker Coldwell Banker was extremely disappointing and deeply concerning. Throughout our transaction, we observed numerous failures in professionalism and what we believe to be clear breaches of fiduciary duty. Marks team was frequently unresponsiveaEUR"ignoring emails, texts, and phone calls, often leaving us in the dark during critical points in the transaction. Communication broke down entirely when we sought clarity after the buyers breached a key contractual contingency. Rather than fulfill their responsibility to inform and support us, Mark became unreachable, and Coldwell Banker shockingly advised us to obtain a subpoena just to access information they were obligated to provide under their fiduciary duties. We also found out that earnest money had not been properly collected, despite being told otherwise, and significant breaches by the buyer were neither communicated nor acted upon. These serious failures delayed the transaction, prevented us from pursuing timely remedies, and ultimately contributed to litigation that has lasted over two years and is still ongoing. In our view, this team prioritized protecting themselves and securing commissions over their legal and ethical obligations to us, their clients. This review is written for the sole purpose of informing and protecting other consumers. The details of our experience are supported by documentation and are reflected in the public record. We strongly urge anyone considering working with this group to conduct extensive due diligence and proceed with great caution.

Mark Griegers mishandling of our transaction caused us to lose control of our title, valued at $3.3M, since 2022. Mark repeatedly told meaEUR"falselyaEUR"that the buyers submitted the $100,000 earnest money. But no funds were ever submitted. After final acceptance, Mark held the deal and failed to submit it to Coldwell, preventing settlementaEUR"even if funds had been sent. Mark then relied on a aEURoeTrustFundsaEUR? email sent by the buyers broker (Joel Burger) to associate, Chelsey Byrd, suggesting an earnest money payment that didnt exist. He later failed to disclose the buyers contingency default, which he and Coldwell couldnt enforce because he failed to retain the earnest money. The buyers then leveraged our title, claiming a legal right to itaEUR"having paid nothing. The damage to us was devastating. In our view, it is incomprehensible that Coldwell continues to employ this agent and his aEURoeteam.aEUR? The worst part: Mark is our neighbor. He watched this unfold for yearsaEUR"and still hasnt made it right.

Isaiah did an outstanding job for us. He went over and above on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. For the sale of our home, he was right there with us pounding nails and moving items in order to get the house presentable for sale. For the purchase of our home, I feel, we would not have won the bid if it was not for his expertise in real estate. I would most definitely use Isaia again.
