ZillowVERIFIEDIve had the pleasure of working with Mark Good in the past. This is the second time Mark has helped me. I decided to put my property on the market to sell and I did not hesitate to reach out to Mark. With this tough market and the condition of the economy, I knew it was not going to be easy. But, I knew Mark would be the person to pull it off and of course he did. We put my property on the market and he was able to find a buyer shortly after and to my surprise they agreed with the asking price. We were in the middle of the transaction then suddenly the buyer got cold feet and backed out on the deal. I was definitely disappointed but a week later he was able to find another buyer. Mark has helped me every step of the way. He went out of his ways so many times when we ran into issues. I'm from out of town and if it wasnt for Mark I dont think I would have been able to sell my property without not being there. Had I went with another realtor, I would probably have to fly to Florida. For example, I had to cut down some tree branches that were encroaching on my roof Mark quickly found a person who was very reasonable to do the work and he was there to check up on the work after they were finished to make sure everything was done properly. I also had some AC work and painting done at the property and Mark was there after to make sure they did a good job before I paid them. He was like my eyes and ears since I could not be there. Huge help! Through out the process he would come to my property at least once a week to check to make sure if anything was wrong and if it was he would tell me right away. He even helped send my mails that have been accumulating for months to my house in a different state. He has not only been a great realtor, hes become a friend. If you are looking for a competent, kind, hard working, experienced realtor who can negotiate and make deals, Mark is your man. Hes a solid person and I trust him completely. After receipt of our initial email, you immediately followed up with a call and discussion. Our supersized list of needs and wants did not scare you away. Within hours we were on an individualized program for every home, in every town within our budget. We flew out to Jacksonville on a Sunday night in April 2019 and spent an entire day with you that week, even though you had other clients to work with whom were on a time crunch. Not only were you a gracious tour guide, but a generous person to drive us around from morning until night, showing us everything possible. You even budgeted in time for lunch! Your many talents included research on each property and the ability to see beyond the sale of a home, including potential resale value in the future. Upon our last trip in June 2019, you set up many appointments for us to view and revisit prospective homes. ZillowVERIFIED Mark Goods performance in working with my family and me to find a home in the new area to which we were moving was terrific! Mark was responsive, flexible, patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the 2 months (from initial contact to closing) we worked with him. In April 2017, I contacted several realtors in northeast Florida via an online website. I sent detailed information explaining our situation, timeline, needs, and wants. Within 15 minutes, Mark was the first realtor to respond. He was eager to help and ready to work on our behalf. I was anxious to begin the search for our new home and was going to travel from south Florida to look around the Jacksonville area in 3 days. Mark shuffled his personal schedule around so he could meet with me then, despite the short advance notice. He found numerous properties in the community which we had targeted and accompanied. He knew the market well. I gave him a criteria list that was very important to me and let him know what I was willing to be flexible with. When we had narrowed the list down to actually have a viewing of the chosen condos, Mark lined everything up and showed excellent knowledge of the area and each condo that we viewed. Since we were not from the area we had chosen to move to, Mark was in daily contact with me and assisted us every step of the way to make a bid on the condo and to negotiate a very good price for us and was even there for the home inspection and made sure every detail was properly taken of. ZillowVERIFIED We have been working with Mark Good for almost a year and have been amazed at his unrelenting patience with us in pursuit of the perfect retirement home. Knowing that it would likely be 12-18 months before we would move from Maryland to FL, we perhaps started the search prematurely. Our reason was that though we grew in FL it has been over 45 years and much has changed. We wanted a realtor that would educate us to the different areas in NE FL, St Augustine, Jacksonville and the Beaches as well as getting a better idea of home versus condo living with all the amenities and fees. We have made 4 trips to FL over the last year and each time Mark has made appointments for us to see multiple listings. He has graciously spend 1-3 days with us on each of these occasions. He is diligent in daily sending new or changed listings from which we select the homes to view. On several occasions, he has gone personally to see a property and take photos of the neighborhood. He has been quick to say that we would not be satisfied and give the reasons. Mark has invested a remarkable amount of time with us and for us. He is definitely a business person and ultimately wants to make a sale but he has never put pressure for us to purchase. In fact recently we had actually made a bid on an oceanfront condo. During this process, he took a trip to the property to view any damage after a recent storm. The photos of erosion were very enlightening and after extensive research we withdrew the bid. Over and over again, Mark has demonstrated that he is not self serving but at all times is working in our best interest. He is very professional but also very personable. He is very knowledgeable in the area of NE FL, and the business of real-estate. If ask something he doesn't know he either finds the answer or refers you to an expert. Without reservation, we recommend Mark for his expertise, integrity and patience. We can't imagine anyone better.

So when my husband and I saw a property on the market in the St. Augustine area, I contacted Mark to see if he could help us with the purchase. The difficult part was that we were in Massachusetts, and the property was in St. Augustine. Mark was wonderful! He went to the property; took pictures; and described every inch of the property to us over the phone as he did his inspection - pointing out the tiniest flaws for our consideration. Which if he had not done that I would not have been able to move in. If I needed to get intouch with Mark as long as I left a message he got back to me that day. When I moved in I had asked question of the neighborhood seeing I was not from there . he was very knowlegable and told me where to go for things , shopping , phone service and such.
