Ive had the pleasure of working with Mark Good in the past. This is the second time Mark has helped me. I decided to put my property on the market to sell and I did not hesitate to reach out to Mark. With this tough market and the condition of the economy, I knew it was not going to be easy. But, I knew Mark would be the person to pull it off and of course he did. We put my property on the market and he was able to find a buyer shortly after and to my surprise they agreed with the asking price. We were in the middle of the transaction then suddenly the buyer got cold feet and backed out on the deal. I was definitely disappointed but a week later he was able to find another buyer. Mark has helped me every step of the way. He went out of his ways so many times when we ran into issues. I'm from out of town and if it wasnt for Mark I dont think I would have been able to sell my property without not being there. Had I went with another realtor, I would probably have to fly to Florida. For example, I had to cut down some tree branches that were encroaching on my roof Mark quickly found a person who was very reasonable to do the work and he was there to check up on the work after they were finished to make sure everything was done properly. I also had some AC work and painting done at the property and Mark was there after to make sure they did a good job before I paid them. He was like my eyes and ears since I could not be there. Huge help! Through out the process he would come to my property at least once a week to check to make sure if anything was wrong and if it was he would tell me right away. He even helped send my mails that have been accumulating for months to my house in a different state. He has not only been a great realtor, hes become a friend. If you are looking for a competent, kind, hard working, experienced realtor who can negotiate and make deals, Mark is your man. Hes a solid person and I trust him completely. Mark worked with me over several months through a difficult period for both of us. He spent hours trying to find the right condo and home for me for an unspecified move from another state sometime in the future. He offered information that I had never thought of, suggested points of contact for various issues, and was very, very helpful. I felt, as an older woman, that I could trust him and rely on him to lead me in the right direction for what I wanted and what I could afford. The problem was the timing and the location. The timing for my purchases is still in the future and I have changed my proposed location which has taken the purchases out of his territory. However, he was kind enough to pass my name onto three other agents in the area I wanted. Mark helped me with my purchase of a new construction home in Saint Johns. Ive bought and sold several homes before, but this was my first new home. Mark was amazing. He helped me from the very beginning all the way to the very end. He stayed on top of things, contacted the right people to resolve problems and always looked out for me. There were issues with the house at the end but Mark knew who to contact at the builder to make sure the issues were resolved, which is something I could not have done on my own. Hi Mark I am writing to personally thank you for the many talents you shared with Jerry and I as we searched for a home in Northeast Florida. I initially found you on Realtor.com as I scoured many names and references of realtors who would be low pressure, knowledgeable, consistent and committed from start to finish. Mark you were the one that stood out as the rose in a field of daisies! From day one you deserve and have earned the highest ranking for all of the above qualities and more. After receipt of our initial email, you immediately followed up with a call and discussion. Our supersized list of needs and wants did not scare you away. Within hours we were on an individualized program for every home, in every town within our budget. We flew out to Jacksonville on a Sunday night in April 2019 and spent an entire day with you that week, even though you had other clients to work with whom were on a time crunch. Not only were you a gracious tour guide, but a generous person to drive us around from morning until night, showing us everything possible. You even budgeted in time for lunch! Your many talents included research on each property and the ability to see beyond the sale of a home, including potential resale value in the future. Upon our last trip in June 2019, you set up many appointments for us to view and revisit prospective homes. After returning to NJ, discussions between ourselves, with our family and children, we realize Central Florida will be more budget friendly and in line with keeping our family and friends closer. So although weve now chosen a different course then we originally thought, it is without hesitation that we would recommend you with flying colors!
