Mark made the process of selling our home (and buying a new one, too) extremely easy. His communication was excellent. Throughout the process, he sent helpful emails outlining steps we needed to take, options we had, etc. And, he was quick to answer phone calls and texts. He is extremely knowledgeable about houses. It was clear he knew what buyers of our house would and wouldnt care about in terms of look, repairs, etc -- and we got great offers and a great final selling price. And, when we were looking to buy a new house, he was able to talk about what kinds of repairs/changes would be easy vs. hard, pricey vs. inexpensive, etc. I asked a lot of questions, and never felt like I was annoying or bothering him; he listened and was patient. He is also well connected in the community -- to mortgage lenders, to good inspectors, to people who can fix things, etc. Would recommend without hesitation.
