Alejandra was very friendly and professional and, while we didn't end up purchasing the house, she went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for us. She stayed up past midnight helping us with paperwork and even created a video tour of the property for us which was incredibly helpful. I'll be the first to admit I wasn't always the easiest client, but not once did I feel rushed, dismissed, or like I was too much to handle. That alone is rare. When it came to finding our home, she truly listened. The house we ended up with felt like it had been built specifically for us aEUR" like it was waiting for us to find it. That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because your realtor actually pays attention to who you are and what matters to you. And then came the chaos. During the sale of my existing home, we discovered hail damage and had to replace the roof. A stressful wrinkle, but manageable. Then aEUR" almost unbelievably aEUR" the home we were purchasing needed its roof replaced too, just one week before closing. Two roof replacements, one transaction. I won't pretend that wasn't a lot. But she never flinched. Calm, solutions-focused, and somehow even cheerful through all of it, she guided us across the finish line without ever making us feel like the sky was falling (even when, arguably, it had). If you want a realtor who will fight for you, find you something special, and stay steady when everything gets complicated aEUR" look no further. Absolutely worth every bit of trust we placed in her.

ZillowVERIFIEDI was handed off to Alejandra from Nicole Charles after receiving a recommendation from my agent in California. Alejandra was incredibly responsive and willing to help in any way she could at any hour of the day and night. Since I was living and working on pacific time, we were often having very late night conversations getting things taken care of. She was also willing to do pretty much whatever I asked to get the transaction taken care of. My biggest complaint was she was still very green and often didn't know the answers to questions that a more seasoned agent would know, or would give the wrong answers, and I'd have to ask her to go research the issue. As well, again I think due to her lack of experience, she was not a very strong negotiator, but would do or say what I asked. My guess is that Alejandra will become a really good agent as she gets more experience due to her personal skills and responsiveness.
