ZillowVERIFIED Mark did a fantastic job! He was very responsive to calls, emails and very professional. It took almost two years for us to buy our house because of the nature of the market at the time. Mark knew what we wanted and he was honest. He just doesn't want to sell but he wants his clients to be satisfied with what they're buying. Thanks Mark for being such a pleasure to work with. We would recommend Mark to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED When someone describes their perfect realtor, it usual includes things like go-getter, hustles, knowledgeable, and truly has your best interest at heart when finding you the right home. Most of the time, these realtors are very few and far between. But Mark IS that realtor. His vast knowledge of the industry and home buying process/experience is second to none. He was supportive, realistic, and genuinely vested in making sure my wife and I found the home we needed. He truly is the best and anyone who is in the market for a realtor would be making the right decision for their home buying journey to have Mark as their guide.

ZillowVERIFIED Not only did Mark Gallante (pronouced Ga-LAN-tay) know what to do in every situation that came up in the sale of my Framingham two-family home but he also knew what to say to everyone he collaborated with and more importantly he knew how to say what was needed to to get the sale consummated. Even working during a pandemic and working with a buyer's agent, attorney and mortgage broker, through six mortgage commitment extensions, who were at best seemingly not interested in communicating with him - he persisted. Every bit of advice he gave us was dead-on including pricing, market conditions, buyer's motivations, landscaping and upkeep, etc. Words that come to mind thinking about my experience with Mark include: ethical, dutiful, diligent, proficient, expert, honest, patient, expository, down-to-earth, and nice. I have 2 regrets about my time with Mark. 1, I acted once before consulting him and it complicated the process for a few weeks. I should have asked his opinion first. But he never berated me - he just went on with the process. The second is I think real estate fees are high but he deserved a share of the buyer's fee since he had to do much more work because he had to deal with someone so uncommunicative. I would hire him again in a second. Good luck Mark!

ZillowVERIFIED There is nothing more to be said about Mark Galante than WOW! I was blown away by his expertise when looking at houses with him. He was honest, knowledgeable and polite with the whole process. When there was a question I had he was there to answer it, morning or night. His knowledge about the market was unparalleled as he had already researched most of the area around the houses we looked at before the viewings. I looked with him for over 8 months and you can count on him to give it to you straight and let you know what his take is on the property. I wouldn't imagine buying or selling another house without Mark, he is truly and asset to the realty industry.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark was extremely kind and helpful in the home buying process. It all started the first day I contacted him about becoming our realtor. We were first time home buyers and he sat down with us and went over everything that there is to do with the process. This was extremely helpful and prepared us for all the steps along the way and if we ever had any questions along the way he always had time to answer. Whenever we asked to see a house he was able to get us an appointment during our time frames. Mark's experience was a huge upside and his opinion was extremely valued. If it were not for Mark my want to negotiate to a high extreme, beyond where it should have been would have cost us our new home. If we were to ever buy/sell a home, Mark would be our only choice as the realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark was in touch with us all the time. He suggested improvements that we should make and, most important, he had many open house events as we tried to sell the house. He never gave up and helped us understand the process. I highly recommend Mark. He even went back to the house after I had left an important item inside the house after the sale, and retrieved it for me. He is a dedicated, honest broker.

ZillowVERIFIED Hello, my name is Ephraim Herrera formally of Framingham, Massachusetts. I found this wonderful realtor by the name of Mark Galante by word of mouth. He already had glowing reviews from that person who had recommended him to me. Mark came to my place sometime in January of 2013. My house had been in great shape and I had it basically up to code except for a few minor cosmetic things. He had a list for me of things for me to do with which I complied. Some of the more difficult things he took charge of right away such as the paper work from the Town Of Framingham . He was a HUGE help in this. My house was right on the water and there are extra codes and whatnot and things that any other realtors find to be a pain but Mark was right there with me, every step of the way. He made it much simpler for me. When the house went on the market I believe it was February 3, 2013, the house sold in THREE DAYS ! Mark had targeted the right media places and brought in a wonderful photographer to highlight this beautiful house and the features. We had gotten the price we were looking for and it all went very smoothly thanks to Mark Galante and his expertise. I tell you that throughout this whole ordeal, much of my nerves had been calmed because of the person I was working with. Mark was EXCELLENT and believe you me, I don't pay a lot of people high praise but in this case I had to, Best, Ephraim Herrera.Santa Fe, New Mexico.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark got me through a very tough selling time and sold the first $500K+ house in the Framingham area in 6 months in 2010. He then helped me close on a small house in the Natick area very near to family. He has since helped me a couple of times and we have kept in touch. He has always been friendly and knowledgable. And always available when needed.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark made our first home purchase very smooth and was always willing to show us what we wanted to see. Along the process he became our friend and felt very comfortable communicating with him. He was honest and shared what he thought about each house with out pushing us or making us feel like we had to do what he was suggesting. Like I said he's a great person to work with and we have recommended him to our friends and family. If we were to ever want to sale/buy a home Mark will be hearing from us again.

ZillowVERIFIED We got intrduced to Mark through a very close friend. Referrals really are amazing! The first day we met Mark, we told him we were looking to buy our first home. Mark was honest from the very beginning and told us that we and 500 other people are looking for the same thing. We appreciated the honesty but knew that he would be the one to find us our home. Mark is Mr. Framingham! He knows everyone and everything about the town and every house we looked at he would be very honest and tell us pro's and con's. He was not your typical agent looking for cash and to get someone in a home too quick. He was very meticulous and kept reminding us to be patient. It is a buyers market but their are slim pickings. We looked at a lot of houses really fast because we were living month to month in our apartment and wanted to jump on the oppurtunity of buying a home and finally have the money to do so! My husband and I were settling on some homes and he reminded us and pulled us out of that! Thank goodness he did. He knew what we were looking for and we did not settle! Mark is a genuine, honest, reliable, friendly, caring man and he is awesome to work with! He cares about his clients and he cares about us and got us into a beautiful home!
