ZillowVERIFIED Mark helped my husband and I for over a year until we eventually found the house that we wanted to make our first home. He was very knowledgeable about the different areas we explored and the overall process. I appreciated that he almost always pointed out issues as well as strong points in various houses and condos and was patient with us 99% of the time. As first time home buyers we had lots of questions and Mark made sure to explain things or try to get an answer to something if it was unclear, i.e. fences being allowed in a certain neighborhood, etc. Several times I felt he went above and beyond "the call of duty" and was friendly, helpful, and great at communicating things via text, email, or phone call. Over time my husband and I built a good working relationship with Mark and even think of him as a friend now. Our final purchase was a bit unusual because due to circumstances out of his control he didn't get to see the house until after closing; despite this, Mark really did his best to understand our concerns and agreed to a negotiation parameter that he wasn't sure of, but which I insisted on based on inspection results. IMHO, that was really the only blip in over a year of smooth sailing, and in the end it was a learning experience (for all of us) AND it all worked out really well! That said, I strongly believe he is one of the sharpest, kindest, and most honest agents in the SE WI area. If you're looking for a true professional that won't steer you wrong, then give Mark of KW a call today! We definitely recommend him without reservations.
