Mark did a wonderful job assisting me with selling my parents home. We received multiple offers and sold my parents home well above asking price. I definitely will use Mark again if we are needing to sell a home. Mark was knowledgeable on how probate worked since my moms name was not on the property. It set our timeline back a little but we were able to close fairly easily.

Mark helped me through a very nuanced sale, where there really weren't any relevant comparables for a uniquely architected house, with a unique parceling of property. Mark has lifelong and extensive engagement with the local real estate market, and these things played to everyone's advantage. Mark is very easy and fun to work with. He is down-to-earth, communicates well, he is very creative in looking at the possibilities and flexible on how to approach things. In this situation, Mark found himself in dual-agency, representing both buyer and seller. I'm certain that the buyer was as pleased as I was with how Mark navigated us to a win-win.
