Stephanie helped us sell and close on a new house relatively quickly considering the market conditions and dealing with the Veterans affairs as both loans were VA loans. Her expertise and experience allowed us to navigate a difficult market during the COVID 19 pandemic. She helped us with questions regarding inspections, the listing process, buying / selling procedures, title agency, etc. She was even able to buy us time where the sale of our house and buying the new house with move in / move out dates lining up just right so we were not homeless. Very difficult to do during that time. We got exactly what we wanted out of the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. House was sold within a week. Bought a new house with contingent offer, also a VA loan within a week of closing on our house. Highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to sell or purchase a new home! Her knowledge of the greater Grand Rapids area was very helpful and key to closing both deals.
