When i was interviewing agents for the sale of my home, I felt that Mark really had a grasp on the market and my neighborhood specifically. He took his time educating me on pricing and what results the correct pricing would bring. He was right on. My house sold in less than a week. During the sales process, both Mark and his associate Anne could not have been more helpful and timely in producing documents which kept the whole experience that much less stressful. I appreciate all that they did, and look forward to working with them again in the future

ZillowVERIFIED Prior to finding Mark as our Realtor, my wife and I searched for nearly 2 years utilizing numerous other realty groups. Mark was able to help us navigate the rough waters of home buying. Today we have a new residence to call Home!! His expertise enabled us to find the right house for our family and not just settle for a property which 'might work'. We highly recommend Mark Cuccuini and his realty group!!

ZillowVERIFIED Mark Cuccuini is an incredible real estate agent. Not only did we purchase our house with Mark but he became our seller's agent as well. When were we 1st moving into the South Jersey area, our family voiced our concerns, needs for buying. He went above and beyond to see we bought within our means and in a great neighborhood. When it came time to sell he was not only our 1st choice for an agent BUT ONLY choice. He was there for us every step of the process. He understood how hard it was to have our house listed but he walked us through it all. When offers came in, he gave us sound and professional advice. He went above and beyond working for us HIS clients ensuring that our needs were met and not taken advantage of. Mark's office and team are truly the best. No matter what time I personally called, he promptly phoned or texted back. Even if I personally needed to vent concerns he was there. He LISTENS and does his job protecting you...HIS client. I highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone buying or selling a house. He is "awesomesauce." So pick Mark! This is coming from a family who's worked with him twice. Best decision ever. ??????????

ZillowVERIFIED I am so happy I went to Mark Cuccuini to sell my property. Mark was professional, knowledgeable, and he was on top of the listing, sale and closing of my property. His Staff at the office was terrific. They always understood any issues and resolved them very quickly. I cannot say enough about both Mark and Ann and would highly recommend them to all friends and family. If something had to be fixed in the house, every contractor Mark put me in touch with was reasonable and thorough and always on time. Can't say enough good things about my experience as a seller.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark and his team were very supportive throughout the entire process of renting and selling our first home. Mark has been my realtor since 2011 when he first helped me to rent my home. Mark provided good advice and support over the next several years as we continued to work together to put the best tenets into my home. After renting for several years it was time to sell my rental property and focus on my family's new home. Mark was able to get my house on the market and show the property at an unbelievable rate. Mark kept me updated on a weekly basis and was able to complete the sale in less than 4 months. Mark and his team are very motivated, easy to communicate with, and amazing at their craft. I recommend his team to anyone looking to buy, rent or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark is truly a one of a kind realtor. He takes the time to go above and beyond for his clients no matter what the circumstances. We have used him for 3 different real estate transactions, and each time he has surpassed our expectations. He is extremely professional, reliable, and responds quickly. He is always a phone call away, no matter what time of day. He was extremely helpful to us throughout a difficult transaction, and went out of his way to help make a tough situation manageable. He took care of everything, even things that were not his job to take care of. We can't say enough good things about him and his group!! If you need a good realtor, Mark is your guy!

ZillowVERIFIED Mark worked with us initially even though the first potential sale was a 'for sale by owner'. We had signed a contract with Mark when a previous potential buyer made an offer to purchase our home based upon an online post we had previously made as a 'for sale by owner'. Mark was willing to handle everything for a nominal fee, and when the sale ultimately fell through due to the buyer's issues, Mark helped us close out everything and try again with him!He was honorable, diligent, and supportive throughout the entire process. He helped us every step of the way and even handled the closing so we did not have to attend and instead went on vacation! Closing was a breeze and money was wired to the bank for us to smile at when we returned from vacation!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently used Mark as our buyers agent to buy a home in Medford Lakes. Mark and his team were exceptional. We could not imagine a better experience. Mark helped us narrow our housing search down, was always available to show homes or answer questions, provided honest assessment and feedback when we desired, set us up with knowledgeable and reliable contractors, and the list goes on and on. Mark also helped us negotiate $5000 credit from the seller at closing for needed repairs. Whenever we had a question we directed it to Mark and he helped solve it quickly. After closing two weeks ago Mark is still helping us with needed information with a fast response time. You would do well trusting Mark and his team with your housing search.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Mark after a close friend of mine had a great experience with him. From our first phone call to our initial in person meeting, my experience was smooth, clear and easy. Mark listened intently to my (many) opinions and objectives in selling and buying a home and together we formulated a plan that was both realistic and actionable. Throughout the process, Mark continued to keep me in the loop on each step. I never had to guess what's next or if there's something more I should be doing. His team did the same with clearly communicated emails and friendly phone/text communications. I have had experiences with other realtors that were stressful and filled with guess work. But I can confidently say that working with Mark felt like a positive partnership instead of a business transaction. He sold my home in five days for asking price and we closed shortly thereafter, without issue. I'd recommend Mark and his team to anyone looking for someone who will put thought and care into buying or selling their next home.

ZillowVERIFIED I initially contacted Mark when he was the listing agent for a home in our neighborhood. Although we were not ultimately interested in that particular home, Mark diligently followed up to discern our needs and see how he could help. Mark's diligence and follow-through influenced us to choose him as our agent. A few months later, Mark helped us buy our first home. He was extremely responsive throughout the process, and patiently explained the details and answered all of our questions at every step.I recommend Mark without reservation and intend to use him for any future home sale or purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED It was really a great experience working with Mark. He helped me to get my first house 14 years back and we went ahead with him again. There are some key aspects we like about him1) He is always approachable2) He provides service for life (even after the house is bought he can help us with any key things and provide real estate support)3) He is very knowledgeable about the houses. When we enter a house for viewing, he can immediately tell us the positives and negatives of the house. Also, for each of the houses we see he provides a comparative market analysis and he conveys whether the house is overly priced or right at the ballpark. It was always a pleasure working with him and I would surely recommend him for my friends.
