We visited some nice homes and some not-so-nice, but I could feel that Mark was looking out for me and didn't want me to close on something I wouldn't be happy with, either in the short or long-term. After what seemed to me like a long and productive day, he was more than happy to make a 50 minute drive out to Lebanon to see another home with us. It was basically an after-thought at the time, but that home ended up being the one. It ticked all my boxes and I'm happily moved in! Mark exceeded my expectations in finding the home I needed and he still looks out for me now. If I ever do move, I know who I want in my corner.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark is an incredible realtor and made the experience streamlined while helping us get a great deal on a house. He responded and answered all of our questions quickly. A couple of realtors prior to him didn't give us the time or day or brushed us off because of the price range we needed to work with. Instead he took the time to explain the process and was honest, but in a kind way about ways we can find something in our budget and fits our needs. He was super flexible when it came to seeing houses since a lot of them were moving quickly. He also helped connect us to a lender that was able to get us a state program to assist with our down-payment making it even more affordable. Overall a really great realtor and more importantly really just treats you as a person and not a transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark Crystal as my Realtor has been with me on trying to sell my late Mom's house since March of 2021. She passed away on 9 Jun 2021, the same week her house came on the market after I was able to get it ready for sale (new carpet, paint, clean out etc). Mark gave me some great point of contacts, ie: contractors/painter, lawyers as I started my process on selling my Mom's house.Mark was dedicated from the beginning and there were many lessons learned throughout this period on the selling process for me and Mark was there to help me get through the friction of selling my late Mom's house.We both made assumptions/assessments, some were validated, some were not. There were friction points within this process with my late Mom's associated property issues (mortgages, bills, taxes, etc) that supported the sale of the property were difficult to validate at times, but Mark and I as a team got through them through the last few months. Mark was also able to have multiple buyers (I believe a total of 3) to see the house with 2 of them falling through. Finally, the last buyer came through and was able to buy the house. In the end Mark was able to ensure that the coordination with the other realtor, escrow/title company, and my Estate Lawyer was completed up until settlement on 1 Oct 2021 and then final subsequent actions post settlement working with me and my Estate Lawyer.Mark is a dedicated Realtor and I recommend him to others trying to sell their property within Reading, Pa.Thx Mark C!Doug D.

We wanted to move fast since the school year was coming and we wanted to make the move before school started for our son. Mark went ABOVE AND BEYOND! While we were still on vacation Mark went to our house, decluttered, mowed the lawn (it hadnt been done in over a week because we were away) , and had a professional photographer come in and get the pictures of the house for the listing.We got home and met with Mark he was all ready with our contract, comps, and we went live that day! Mark kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and was incredibly responsive any time we had any questions. Closing was a simple and smooth. I cant say enough how much I recommend Mark!

I was worried about getting top dollar for my house but he knew the market well enough to get me a full price offer and helped me through everything along the way. They brought in a very good professional photographer for pictures and marketed the house toward King of Prussia which I didn't think of at first but it was brilliant because that's exactly where the all the buyers came from. He even cut my grass for me when my lawn mower broke! A real estate transaction has so many moving parts and was more complicated than I realized, but he is on the ball with everything. Thank you!

One day, he drove me around in his personal car to show me 8 different homes on a Saturday, putting over 60 miles on his car and about 6 hours of his time. Now, THAT is top notch customer service that you do not see very often. Mark is very tenacious and strives to make his customers happy.
