ZillowVERIFIEDI've worked with many brokers in the past in different states and working with Mark Coward and his team was by far one of the best transactions I've had. Mark understood our real estate goals and his knowledge of the current Real Estate market and expertise helped us secure an offer in a few days. He photographed our property, listed it within the week and collected all pertinent paperwork required from the HOA and legal departments quickly and efficiently to avoid any delays. His guidance in negotiating ensured making the deal. From the days leading up to listing to the transfer of funds, Mark and his team provided clear communication of the transaction process. I would highly recommend Mark Coward without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark came as a referral from a friend and it is no wonder he came so highly recommended. I have bought two houses, rented multiple apartments, and rented out my own property, which means I have engaged with numerous realtors in various capacities. Mark has hands down been the best and most engaged realtor I have ever worked with. He is very involved with providing feedback, very active with giving support including helping remove trash items and rearranging furniture, and he gives very thoughtful and thorough advice. I would highly recommend using Mark for any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Mark was a true pleasure. His professionalism and experience shined through every time we ran into a speed bump, and there were several! When we couldn't communicate with the HOA, Mark took the initiative to find and contact the President of the Association, who eventually resolved our issues. I was working with a tight window after selling my house, and would have never made the deadline without Mark. I cannot express my gratitude enough, and I highly recommend Mark. If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, professional, result oriented realtor, Mark Coward is your guy!

ZillowVERIFIED I met Mark through a friend that has used him for his real estate needs for over 10 years. When we first met, he explained the proper strategy to sell my condo quickly and showed me the comparable properties to get a good price. And it worked. After he listed my condo, 3 days later we had 5 offers. Mark was very patient taking me to a lot of different communities and a variety of properties. I found a home I loved and Mark negotiated a good price. I trusted his expertise and he got the job done quickly and professionally. He communicated with me every step of the way. We started this venture in mid-July and it is now early September and I am happily sitting in my new home. Thank you Mark!! I have already referred him to a friend and will continue to recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark helped us rent out our home in Deerfield Beach since we were leaving the country for a few years. Within a day he found us excellent tenants and took care of all the paperwork and credit checks involved. I was really impressed with his attention to detail and just how quickly and smoothly the whole process was. Bottom line, Mark is a no BS kind of broker that will cover all the bases in your transaction and make you feel comfortable at the same time. JG

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Mark in the past and his professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market is what keeps us coming back. He just helped us through a very long short sale process that took an over abundance of time and dedication that most are not willing to commit to. He was there every step of the way, keeping us informed of what was happening with our lender and staying on top of all the paperwork required to get us to closing. We highly recommend Mark to anyone that has a real estate need, you won't be disappointed!
