About Mark Cook

Originally form a suburb of Chicago IL my family moved to Lake City in 1989. I have lived here ever since and grown to appreciate the small town living and natural resources North Florida has to offer. On weekends I love taking advantage of the area springs and rivers as well as fishing and scalloping in the Gulf of Mexico, just an hour away. I got licensed and entered the real estate business in 2003 and have been a full time real estate agent ever since. I enjoy working in this community and love helping people buy their first or tenth home or sell what is sometimes their greatest investment. I do Real Estate and I am here to serve! Kristina was extremely knowledgeable about the area and what houses were available. She also made sure to be available to look at houses as we were only in town for a short amount of time. When we chose the house that we wanted to purchase, she did well in negotiating the contract for us. Kristina also made sure that everyone was on track to get the water tests and inspection completed. We will definitely use her again, and will let anyone know about her that needs a realtor!

From the first day until the very last minute of service, Kristina was superior in her professionalism, honesty, knowledge, support and understanding of our needs. Relocating from a major mainstream city such as Miami, to a much smaller and slower city, such as Lake City, was very challenging.
