FAQ
Get pre-approved before you start looking — not pre-qualified, pre-APPROVED! Know your budget, know your must-haves versus nice-to-haves, and trust your REALTOR® to negotiate hard for you. In Metro Detroit's competitive market, being ready to move fast makes all the difference. I've helped hundreds of buyers win in multiple offer situations — preparation is everything!
Price it right from day one and present it beautifully. Overpriced homes sit on the market and lose value fast. I provide every seller with a detailed Comparative Market Analysis so we price strategically to attract maximum offers. Professional photos, strong marketing across every platform, and my network of buyers means CONNON SELLS EVERYWHERE!!
I've worked with first time buyers, luxury home buyers and sellers, military families relocating to and from Metro Detroit, seniors downsizing, investors, new construction buyers, short sale situations, and everything in between. With designations including ABR, CLHMS, MRP, SRES and CRS Top 3% nationwide — I'm equipped to handle any real estate situation in Macomb County, Oakland County and all of Metro Detroit!
One of my favorite recent transactions involved a military family relocating to Metro Detroit who needed to find a home quickly before reporting for duty. Using my Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation and my deep knowledge of Macomb County neighborhoods, we found them the perfect home in Shelby Township, negotiated a great price, and closed on time so they could settle in before their start date. Seeing that family walk through their new front door is exactly why I love what I do!
I've been a proud Metro Detroit native my entire life and real estate felt like a natural fit — I've always been passionate about this community and helping people find their perfect home. I earned my Michigan license in 2013 and immediately threw myself into learning everything about the local market. Over the years I've built my reputation as "Motor City Mark" — known for going the extra mile every single time. Earning the RE/MAX Hall of Fame designation is one of my proudest achievements and a testament to the trust my clients place in me!
Absolutely — I've invested heavily in professional designations that directly benefit my clients. As a CRS (Top 3% of REALTORS® Nationwide), SRS, CLHMS/LUXE Luxury Specialist, ABR, MRP, SRES, CNHS, RENE and ePro — I bring specialized expertise to every transaction. Whether you're a first time buyer, luxury seller, military family, or senior downsizing — I have specific training to serve your unique needs better than a generalist agent ever could!
