My house was a long term rental (20+ years) with the same tenant while I was living in Florida for the same time frame. My husband and I want to retire and selling the house was part of that plan. Once we made the decision to sell, we contacted a few local agents over the phone. Those discussions led us to select Coldwell Bankers Mark Bradford and we are thankful that we did. I drove to TX to meet Mark and start on a whole home remodel with Curbio. Curbio is a great company that covers the cost of the remodel with no out of pocket money from the Seller whatsoever until the house sells. Mark took over the project on the remodel items Curbio couldnt do. He also checked and double checked on Curbios progress and elevated items to their management team if something seemed to be going sideways. He assisted in finding qualified plumbers, structural engineers, window replacement techs, landscapers, gutter installers and so much more, keeping me updated and informed throughout. He worked with all concerned even assisting with picking out flooring and carpet colors. Mark brought an offer and a contract after just 15 days on the market. Unfortunately, that deal fell apart but Mark had showings the very next day and had another offer and a contract in hand 3 days later. The sale of the house closed yesterday after just 61 days on the market. Mark Bradford is a total professional and I was so fortunate to have hired him to list and sell my house. You will be too! ZillowVERIFIED When I think of the main qualities I want in a realtor - Mark has them all. He is on time, every time. He is knowledgeable about all types of home issues (structural, area, etc.). He knows more about areas than anyone would ever want to know (but I'm fairly sure he cheats and researches for hours). He is skilled at negotiations (~10% below initial asking). He is not not there just to sell you the first house you see. He cares about you being happy with your choice. He is personable. He is VERY responsive.
