ZillowVERIFIEDWhat a great experience! Buying a home is usually stressful and exhausting but Mark made it seem fairly easy and actually enjoyable. We chose to use him based on recommendations from friends and I can't imagine using another realtor. He was very attentive to what we needed and wanted and immediately put us on his mailing list with all our required parameters. If we found a home that we wanted to look at, we contacted him with the expectation of seeing it in the next day or two but, knowing how quickly homes were selling, he was able to set up the viewing within a hour or two. He always provided honest feedback about the home and provided us with pros and cons. When it came time to put in a bid, he advised us on what we should offer and why. Once we found the home we really liked, he made sure we provided our strongest offer for our best chances of getting under contract all the while making sure we didn't overpay. There are plenty of realtors in Maryland but Mark is the only one we will ever use after this experience. If you want a realtor who is just interested in commission and doesn't really listen to your needs, then go with someone else. If you want a realtor who actually cares about making you happy and making sure you get the home you want within your budget, look no further than Mark Berry. He was nothing short of spectacular!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Mark was incredibly helpful with the selling of our house. He provided numerous comps to aid us in setting a competitive listing price, which was obviously accurate since we were under contract in 6 days (even with interest rates going up)! Once we were under contract, Mark was knowledgeable about what was listed on the inspection and we needed to do. Contact Mark to represent youaEUR|..I could not recommend him more.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I interviewed Mark Berry and his plan in marketing our home; we decided to ask him to represent us because we believed he is a man of honesty, integrity and hard work and it turned out that he is all of that. We were moving out of state; and we believed Mark is the person who we could depend on to handle everything from start to finish while we were far away and yes, he took care of everything. Never in our minds had we concern. He always kept me informed via emails, text messaging, and phone calls. He had always answered emails, messages, and phone calls right away; if it was after late evening hours, he would answer first thing in the morning. With Mark, it gave me peace of mind because he was on top of and took care of everything. For our home sale, after Mark put in on market, there were about 7 or 8 days of showings, and we got an offer for the house before a planned open house that weekend. Our experience with Mark had been a great experience and should there be an opportunity we would look for him for his services if we are buying or selling home in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED This is my first move in 30 years and so much has changed. I am beyond thankful the I had Mark Berry to respectfully guide me through the process. He is what I call a detail guy, especially reading the contract and making sure everything we wanted was covered. Also when he did the initial walk through of my home he saw things that needed attention such as de-cluttering, clean the carpet and make my home show worthy. Everything he suggested was spot on. He is in a class by himself and is a true professional. --Juli

ZillowVERIFIED I know that everyone says their agent is great. And I'm sure they are. Here is what makes Mark extraordinary: in the spring of 2022 aEUR" at the height of an incredibly hot seller's market where things were going $50-100k over appraisal aEUR" Mark knew the market well enough to not only get us a home AT ASK, but it appraised HIGHER thank we offered. If thats not a sign of what the Berry team can do for you, I dont know what will!

ZillowVERIFIED I met Mark in our real estate class years ago. I didnt stick it out, but Mark did! So, when I had to list my family home, I reached out to Mark. He exceeded my already high expectationsaEUR|. By far!!! He is a true real estate professional and he puts the client before himself ALWAYS! He goes the extra mile; he catches every single detail and addresses any and all issues (made by other parties, to be clear - other agents, title companies, etc.) before anyone else even notices. I cannot recommend Mark enough. He is honest, he is reliable, he is responsive, and he will take care of you! I cannot thank Mark enough for making this a stress free experience. I am in awe of you and I am honored to know you.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Mark in the fall of 2021 to list and sell our home in Bowie. He could not have been more professional. He was very flexible and always available to answer our numerous questions. This was our first home and first time selling a home, and he made the process easy and nearly stress-free. The photographer he used for the listing was great and made our home look beautiful. Mark's years of experience and local expertise helped us sell our house in less than a week. We would absolutely use Mark again if we end up coming back to this area.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark is a phenomenal realtor! We only had one weekend in town for house-hunting and he made a point to help us find as many houses as possible to take a look at. In the short time we had, we covered a lot of ground with him as he steered us towards houses and areas that met our needs. He was very knowledgeable of the market and the areas in which we looked. He was also great when dealing with other realtors or sellers. When we put in an offer for a house and the sellers realtor became difficult to deal with, he kept his eye on the prize and tried his best to get the deal past the finish line. Meanwhile, he made sure we had great options lined up in case the deal fell through. When it did, we were ready to hit the ground running. He ultimately helped us find a dream home in a short time, negotiating a selling price and options that were very beneficial to us. In short, Mark is an excellent partner for your next Maryland home search!

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Mark to anyone without any question asked. There are a lot he has to offer. Mark has just sold the house for us and I can say that he is not just an agent but a true Friend! From day one he literally worked day and night to ensure that house is set up properly, description is amazing, pictures are awesome and the whole world can see it! While doing all that he has helped multiple people to purchase their dream home at a same time. In a market right now, it is challenging to do that, and he has done a fantastic job!I dont believe It but it was the easiest process ever and we could not have done it without him!If you want someone on your side and professional negotiator, you need to call Mark immediately.

ZillowVERIFIED Very impressed with Mark. My sister used him a few months ago and sold her house quickly. I then used Mark and had a full price offer in a matter of a few weeks! I was able to get in touch with him anytime of day or night, he always responded to my emails, and was able to give me answers to questions within a short amount of time. I have already recommended him to my other sister when she is ready to sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark was incredible from start to finish! First, he helped us sell our house in two weeks for the price we wanted. Beyond that, he was super responsive to all of our emails and texts (even at odd hours) and was available to show us houses whenever we wanted to see them. He was professional, savvy, punctual, and followed up with everything even after closing. He negotiated with our buyer and the company we bought our new house from. He caught errors the other agents missed. We couldnt have been in better hands. We worked with a couple of other agents and Mark is simply miles above the rest. If you want things done right, Mark Berry is your agent.

He consummate professional who goes above and beyond to get the mission accomplished, be it in the military, negotiating real estate contracts and settlements, and in his personal life within the community. Mark was able to handle an unfortunate circumstances of events and enable me to purchase and close on a house in less than 30 days. He truly is remarkable!

ZillowVERIFIED It was an amazing and painless experience working with Mark to find our dream home and selling our old property. He was professional, courteous, thorough, candid and very patient! But his integrity impressed us the most. To avoid any perception of conflict of interest he handed us (and his commission) off to a fantastic colleague when our dream home turned out to be one of his listings. (He absolutely did not push us towards his listing, seriously!) He also did a great job and was really helpful at every step of selling our home, especially when he found us a company to fix a leaky roof on very, very short notice. Just the best!
