Mark Bell is one of Central New York's most trusted (and top selling) Licensed Real Estate Agents. Mark attributes much of his success to not only being an extremely attentive "high-touch" agent, but also to having an expert intuition regarding the psychology of buyer's and seller's real estate needs. Mark specializes in serving not only buyers and seller, but also enjoys teaching new investors how to create a new revenue stream through real estate investing. Together with his wife (and team founder) Katherine Clare Bell, Mark and the Bell Home Team continue to be in the top 5% of production in Central New York real estate. In addition to Mark's passion for real estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Katherine and his kids (Jagger & Piper). In their free time, Katherine & Mark also enjoy playing together as lead singers in their band, aptly named "The Side Project".
