ZillowVERIFIED If you want someone who has local knowledge, this is agent. He seems to know the area well and understands the real estate market. I thought I knew what to ask other listing agents when looking at potential properties but there was so much more that Mr. Becerra contributed that I never thought to ask. After looking at some properties on South Padre Island, there were many important things to consider that I didn't think of before speaking with him. He was also quick to return my phone call and very professional. I don't think you could go wrong with Mr. Becerra as an agent.
