List with an Relator that knows his/her Market and whether Listing at the moment is right for the Seller. If a Seller is wanting to get to a Price point and the Market will not support it the Seller will only help other Sellers priced for the Market to sell their home instead!

I recently took over a listing from another company for an estate sale that had many hurdles to overcome. The transaction had started back in Feb and had not been finalized until I took over in July and we closed it in less than 45 days.

I have been an Investor and Residential/Commercial builder for 27 years (still in business) before finally getting my license in 2014 due to the slowing construction market in 2008. I was referring too many clients that wanted me to build them a home and could not get the financing for construction to Realtor friends of mine. 2018 I will have completely switched to the Realtor business 100%

I have Degree in Education and although I have not formally been in the classroom since 1998 I enjoy sharing what I have learned over my 27 year career when going through a transaction with a client as well as keeping in touch for future business.
