The task would have been much more daunting if not for Mark. Mark took care of everything. It was super easy. He has a contact for every need and will hold your hand every step of the way. I could contact him at any time with questions or concerns and he would get back to me immediately. In addition to the above, he was able to sell the house for nearly 150% of the asking price after ONE day of showings. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him, he truly was a lifesaver.

He had excellent insight to the market and strategies to generate early interest which worked. During his initial walk-through, he offered a couple of excellent suggestions on things to consider to help the property move quickly at a good price. Then he was able to provide contractors who could quickly get the work done, also at a good price. By day 2 on the market, I had six offers and was under contract above the asking price. ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Zillow, Zillow put me in touch with Mark. I simply had a few questions before I made my purchase and was told to text him my questions and he would have a response and an answer that day. I immediately texted him my questions which were four simple questions. He responded saying he would get back to me with answers. 7:30 p.m. comes around and I hear absolutely nothing from him. No clue when I would hear anything at all. I reached out to him inquiring about the information and his response was; The builder has not gotten back to me as of yet . I will attempt to get answers by tomorrow. Absolutely no apology for not reaching out to me at all and I had no guarantee that my questions would be answered the following day. I expressed my dissatisfaction with how he did business; Interesting. You informed me that you would contact me today. As a fellow professional, I shouldnt have to contact you at 7:30pm, to unfortunately discover that I have to wait until tomorrow, with absolutely no remorse for the mistake. Ill be doing business with another agent. His reply was; Yes you will I would definitely not recommend him to anyone. If there is no respect for the client, theres no point in doing business.
