ZillowVERIFIED Mark was great to work with when I bought a Minneapolis condo through him back in 2002. What's really set him apart, though, is what he's done for me since then. He's been continually responsive to my questions about valuation, etc. for years, which was good. I recently needed documents from the 2002 sale, though, and he went to a great deal of trouble to get them for me, all for free. I will definitely work with Mark again the next time I buy or sell a Twin Cities property. In fact, I'm looking forward to it.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark recently helped my husband and I relocate our family from Chicago. We were not at all familiar with the twin cities, but sat down with him and told him what we wanted in a town, neighborhood and home and that very day he drove us through areas that he felt would match what we wanted. He was spot on! He listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to help us find not a house...a HOME. Perhaps you are thinking...well duh, that sound like a realtors job description, and maybe so. Let me tell you though...I can be a handful....lots of emails (always answered promptly and with the patience of a saint). 3 pretty much last minute flights in to see 10-15 homes each time (picked us up from airport with coffees at the ready and got us back in time for our return flights). Oh and the real kicker....we were looking in a market when inventory of homes for sale was low. When we settled on the two neighborhoods we seriously loved he STUFFED MAILBOXES and found 10 homes that were not "on the market" that we're interested in selling for us to look at! AMAZING! Mark's knowledge of the twin cities area is unmatched. He is a true professional and a master of his craft. You will be so happy if you trust him with your home search or listing your home for sale.

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking to upsize our home. Friends referred to Mark and Corrina. They showed us samples that met our criteria. They also helped us to refine our search, and to market our existing house. Then we found our 'diamond' in the rough. It was a house with a great structure and location (on a local lake), but needing cleaning and some maintenance. Mark helped us to understand the seller's mindset, and helped us to negotiate a great deal. We think we truly found an amazing home. I'm just really impressed with the quiet neighborhood, the recreation right at our doorstep for us and the kids, the incredible views, and the outstanding workmanship in this house. Meanwhile, we needed to sell our existing home. Mark listened to us, and helped us to show our home, to market it at a price that would bring in potential buyers, and to bring in a solid offer. We closed on both homes 7 weeks after meeting Mark, and are now settling into our new home.
