Mark seemed to understand what we were looking for and was able to work with our schedule. Regarding the 4 stars for negotiating skills, I take the blame for that. Mark did allow me to be my own worst enemy. I did recommend Mark to a very good friend who also purchased a home in this area. I would also recommend Mark to anyone looking in this market area. My experience with Mark did not include the sale of my existing home.
