ZillowVERIFIED We started looking for a house and nothing was panning out. I was referred to Mark and on our first conversation, he understood what I wanted and educated me on the area. It was great to work with someone who didn't just ask how many bedrooms/baths and how much do you want to spend. Money isn't the only factor and Mark understands that. Exceptional experience.

ZillowVERIFIED There arent enough words in the English language to convey how we feel about Mark/Sean and their entire team. They made us feel like part of their family and went above and beyond to support us in some unforeseen circumstances. The lost art of customer service and client relationships is alive and well at Mark Arbeit and Co.

ZillowVERIFIED After dealing with a few other Realtors who, I felt, were only in it for the commission, I was blessed to find JoAnn. She listened to the criteria I had, my budget, and my time line. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. My wife and I were able to get the house we wanted and for the price! I could not give enough praise to JoAnne; she is truly amazing and enjoys her profession.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough about this man and his team. After I sat on the market with another real estate firm I decided to list with Mark. He was so respectful of my feelings and treated my home as if it was his own. He advised what I should do to my home to sell it and after I took his advice in two weeks I had two competing offers. Sean took over from there, handled the home inspection and answered any questions or concerns I had in a timely manner. I wouldn't consider buying or selling in the future with anyone other than Mark Arbeit.

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sold 3 houses over the years and by far Mark is the most honest, straightforward, trustworthy, dedicated realtor I have ever worked with. He is professional, knowledgable, proficient and worked to get me the best outcome I could have asked for. He worked day in and say out to sell my house and was always a text message away to answering any question I may have had and to keep me up-to-date with what to expect and next steps. I could not have asked for a better realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We connected with Mark because a few people we know had used his services. Absolutely no regrets. Very few people are as they advertise but Mark and all of the people in his office are there to assist you with anything and everything. Mark takes the time to find what your needs and wants are. He wants to know what you want in a home and then takes the time to review why this home or that home may or may not be what you are looking for. Once you find a home his entire team continues to work with you to make sure all paperwork and repairs are completed. Over the course of our lives my wife and I have bought and sold 6 properties and I can honestly say that having Mark assistance selling our last one and purchasing our current one (at the same time) I never had so little to do. His office is the most full service real estate operation I have ever encountered. In addition, everyone is exceptionally nice, no question is a bother and you NEVER wait around for someone to get back to you. Not only does Mark know the market, he has great vision when looking at a property and knows all the right people for you to deal with. Without his vision our our home's potential, we would have passed on the home we now live in and love. I know this may sound corny but anyone can list or show a home, not everyone is a real estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a very bad experience purchasing a place with Mr. Arbeit's assistance. Among other things, Mr. Arbeit told me that 1) a seller's disclosure form that was prominently mentioned in the MLS description for my place actually never existed, 2) no realtor EVER keeps track of prospective buyers who go through his or her listing, and 3) he never mentioned any "secret bidder" whom he guaranteed me and my wife we could beat out for my place with a specific offer for the place. I strongly recommend that you not do business with him.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough about Mark and his team. I tried many realtors before I heard about Mark. All of the other realtors told me these big stories on how they were going to market my property and be the ones to sell it. The last time I heard from them was when I signed their contracts. Mark was very honest with me right up front and advised me on the only way I was going to sell my property. He marketed the hell out of it and sold my property. He did everything he said he was going to do and the difference definitely showed. On top of all of that I feel that I made a new friend in Mark. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark is by far the best realtor I've worked with in any aspect of the role. He helped us market and sell one home and helped us in the purchase of another. Great knowledge of the area, approach to getting potential buyers and handling every little aspect of the deal (including working with difficult people in the process). Highly recommended if you want a fully managed, easy process on either the buy or sell side.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a builder and an architect I began to work with Mark about two years ago and its has be a great experience. Mark is a one of the most innovative realtors I ever meet. His creative and his marketing skills are the best I've ever seen in the business. Twice on two recent sales he was able to command more than asking price. My third recent sale was pre sold by Mark who sold me the vacant lot on which I built the house. I highly recommend Mark Arbeit and company

ZillowVERIFIED Mark was extremely helpful in helping me and my fiancee purchase our first home. He took the time to lay out a series of homes for us to see based on our budget and needs, and did not try to sell us on a house once he saw we did not like it (in one instance he saw our immediate reaction to the location of a house and had us move on rather than waste time). A to-the-point and straightforward realtor, I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark sold us our first house in Margate and then when we found a home we fell in love with in Longport NJ, he guided through a rough process with that home being a pre-forclosure. He managed to not only close the deal for us on the pre-forclosure home but to also sell our home in Margate in just 4 days at a price that we were thrilled with!We have recommended Mark to many of our friends who were also happy with his services.

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought two houses with Mark as my agent. He is a terrific real estate agent, extremely detail oriented. And, Mark was just as attentive and spent just as much time on the search for the house that cost 175,000 dollars, as he was on the house that cost 1.4 million. Plus, Mark loves what he does...and it shows in the joy that he brings to his work every day. He is extremely knowledgeable about the whole South Jersey area.If you have a question, he can answer it : from zoning to flood zones to local rules. In addition to being a great agent on buying and selling, Mark and his staff are also superb at Rentals. When I decided to rent out one of my homes for part of the summer, he advised me on lease terms and prices. He screened the prospective tenants, so that he only bought serious buyers. In fact, my house was on the market one day...and it was rented. I cannot say enough about Mark Arbeit, his associate Mitch Tanehill, and their wonderful staff.

ZillowVERIFIED Thanks to Mark Arbeit and his wonderful staff we made an offer on our home the very first day we looked! We viewed 11 homes on a dreary, rainy November afternoon but my family and I had a great time driving around and learning the "neighborhood" with Mark. Not only did he fascilitate the purchase, he introduced us to a fabulous contractor, gardener, and plumber. I want to also mention his team mate Mitch Tannehill, who helped guide us through the whole home remodel process, giving priceless tips and advice and saving us thousands! I would highly recommend the team of Mark Arbeit and Mitch Tannehill to anyone interested in puchasing a home in the Southern New Jersey Shore area, he is the real deal and I will always use him and his team for any of my real estate needs in the area.
