ZillowVERIFIEDThis was mine and my husbands first time buying a home, and we cant say enough about Mark Alexander. He is a phenomenal realtor, who became a good friend to us. He is trustworthy, kind, honest, dependable, and extremely knowledgeable about real estate and this current crazy competitive market. Finding Mark was a blessing. My husband and I didnt know anything about buying a house, nor the process. Mark answered all of our questions along the way and was very responsive. He explained everything in great detail making sure we understood everything well. He was never impatient with us. With every house we wanted to see, he was very prompt and available to our needs, making sure we booked that same day or the next so we didnt miss out on a good opportunity. After being out bid multiple times and losing the house we aEURoethoughtaEUR? was our dream home, my husband and I started losing hope along the way, but Mark kept instilling positivity, telling us not to give up and the right one will come. And when we did find our actual dream home Mark fought for us to get the house and made sure to negotiate on our behalf that we keep the appliances that were already in the house (they were top of the line, brand new appliances). We were so shocked to find this out because we didnt even have to ask him to do this for us. Actually, I didnt even know that was an option for us either! He made sure every step of the way that we were satisfied with everything. Mark isnt just an outstanding realtor, but is an all around great person. He knew we were first time home buyers and pregnant with our first child. He made the whole process less stressful. Hes definitely someone you want on your team fighting for you to get the house you want and love. Oh and hes also a fabulous baker! He brought us homemade salted caramel cookies to our closing along with so many other little goodies!!

ZillowVERIFIEDMy family and I really enjoyed working with Mark. He is always available, easily reachable and has much insight to offer on the history and development of each Austin neighborhood. We were able to find a bargain of a home (.25 acre 12 min from downtown), and he was able to negotiate the price down 12k (5% from list price).The process of buying is a lot and happens quickly (make a checklist!), however thankfully Mark was able to kindly remind us of items that fell slipped our radar. Many many thanks to Mark for the warm support and for guiding us through this process!!
