ZillowVERIFIED Moving across the country is scary and stressful! However working with Mark and Kim to purchase our new home made our experience more exciting and feel more secure. My fiance and I decided to move from Las Vegas to Orlando, FL. We were recommend Kim and Mark by our cousins who also help them with purchasing their homes. I flew in from Vegas with a schedule and they did everything that they could to ensure we found the right home for us. We scheduled to look at around 12 houses and were able to do 6 viewing a day, for 2 days. They were able to reach out to the homes, make a schedule, a driving route to make it more efficient for us. A week after, we put in an offer and it was accepted ! They were able to answer any questions/concerns we had. They were also present during inspection process, had recommendations of companies we can use if we found issues. We were also able to close a week early! I would recommend them to anyone moving to Orlando, FL. Its good to have a realtor that will go to bat for us and will have our back! Thank you

We interviewed three realtors to find our best fit and despite all three being fantastic options, Kim & Mark really stood out. Both Kim & Mark have wonderful personalities and it was clear from the start that they work well together. In our first meeting, Mark mentioned Kim was an over communicator and this was a huge selling point for us. We loved how prepared they were every step of the way and especially how quick they were to respond to any questions/concerns. They were actively present during the appraisal, an integral part of the closing process. Kim & Mark are an extremely experienced team--knowledgeable, professional, observant, informative and organized. Kim & Mark quickly felt like close friends. I was most impressed with how seamlessly they worked together, sometimes Mark showed us a home, sometimes it was Kim but they always knew what we told one and that's so helpful. I wasn't always repeating myself! They started the process by asking us what we were looking for in a new home and then the homes they sent us met those criteria. I know it seems basic but they weren't trying up upsell us to pricier homes or sending/showing us homes that didn't have our required number of beds, baths and features. Communication was fantastic and largely by text. We didn't have to leave voicemails that never got returned, if we had a quick question, we texted it and got a response, usually in less than 5 minutes! In short, the process was so easy and even enjoyable. How often can you say that about home-buying?

Once my husband and I started working with Mark we found the process became much less stressful. Without a realtor who's truly dedicated to your search, this opportunity would have slipped through our hands. ZillowVERIFIED Selecting Mark Adams as my listing realtor was the best decision I could have made. He has an excellent rapport with other realtors and knows how to market properties for a fast response and offer. Within the first full week of listing my property I had three offers on my home. I came to know of him and his professional expertise as he sold another neighbor's home , having multiple offers the first day on the market. That is quite a reputation. If I were to be in a different position ( like winning the lottery tee hee), I would still use him as he has a full grasp of the current market conditions, and other selling agents that represent serious buyers. He will not waste your time (nor his own respectfully), with listings that will not turn out favorably. He respects his sellers time and will not allow others to simply view a listing as a negotiation tool for another offer or an unqualified prospect.
