Marjorie Olivo

Bilingual (Spanish-English) and bi-cultural, Marjorie brings a unique resource to the Nebraska real estate market. Her clients and colleagues alike, value her talent for relating to and communicating with international Hispanic clientele as well as English speakers who seek understanding and honesty in the process of purchasing a home.
Marjorie's educational background and training (Language teaching, Master in Applied Linguistics) are responsible for the discipline, community awareness and tenacity she brings to her work.

Moving to the Lincoln, Marjorie worked at getting her real estate license in order to assist Spanish-native speakers in Real Estate concerns. Once she became a Spanish speaking realtor, she found she could also help English speakers who were looking for an agent with her aptitudes. Marjorie is able to exercise her communication and organizational skills while completing every property transaction with receptiveness to her clients' needs and goals, making the transaction as smooth as possible.

In her short career in real estate, she has already gotten awards such as Rookie of the year 2015, Million Dollar Club 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. She also got her certificate as a NIFA Loan specialist, and her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation.

She is passionate about her career and her family. Her son Jesse is her biggest motivation to excellence since she firmly believes in the significance of setting the example. Marjorie enjoys family time, traveling, practicing sports, and music. Being Caribbean, she also loves the ocean and sunsets,
