ZillowVERIFIED Mariya went above and beyond for us during the entire process of selling our home. She was thorough, responsive, and helped us with things that would have been difficult for us to do as we were not living at the property. Having had previous negative experiences with real estate agents, Mariya restored our faith in the process.

ZillowVERIFIED I 1,000% recommend Mariya Hnatkevych and welcome the opportunity to work with her again. Mariya sold a home in my neighborhood. After some hesitation due to a disastrous experience with my previous realtor, I contacted her for a professional opinion on the chances of selling our home. She came out the next day to do an assessment and assured me we could list at a desirable price. She let us know the best time to list and sure enough we received an offer, over listing price, the first weekend. Mariya was amazing from assessment to closing with her responsiveness, patience, guidance, and genuine concern. She really shined with her expertise and counsel during the attorney review and inspection period. She successfully helped me navigate some unreasonable requests and also address necessary repairs with her extensive network of contractors - all of whom Id also rehire. At the end of the day, we closed at the full offer price. I am eternally grateful to Mariya and the fresh start she afforded my family. I promise you will not regret working with her and her team for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Best agent ever. It took him just two weeks to find the house we were looking for. He also provided a help during price negotiations, recommended good lawyer and perfect mortgage broker along with very knowledgeable inspector and then participated in every single step from the beginning to the very end of the process. Finally he helped me to register all bills and local services like garbage cleaning, grass cutting and pool maintenance.

ZillowVERIFIED Maryia Hnatkevych is the consummate real estate professional. After interviewing several people, I knew I found the person I wanted to list with. As an excellent communicator, she was able to give me a clear picture of the local market and what was needed to make a quick and profitable sale. She was with me every step of the way and did all staging, photography and 3D video tour on her own. With her guidance we had 14 offers, all over asking price within less than a week. She guided me through the many offers to find the ideal buyer (I didnt realize how complicated this really is). She helped us with the few issues that came up, allowing us to close on schedule with a minimum of stress.I highly recommend Mariya Hnatkevych. She is an extraordinary professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Mariya helped us purchase our first home and more recently, when we moved out of state, she helped us find our tenants. So we are returning costumers. Mariya is great at what she does. She has a good knowledge of the area and the market. She is very professional and a very good communicator. No question will be left unanswered. Always very responsive. She took care of the whole process while we were finalizing out paperwork with the tenants. She scheduled all required inspections and met the town inspector when we could not be there. She went through the whole place and made sure we would not fail the inspection due to some minor issue like expired fire extinguisher or fire alarm. You can trust Mariya to handle your real estate needs.
