ZillowVERIFIED In the beginning Maritza was quick to respond when we were looking for homes. But after she dripped the ball several times which caused us to loose out in several homes. I the buyer had to send her information in several homes that met our needs. She had us signed up for an automatic home funder which was fine but had no real input on the finding besides us asking if we cann see the home. Once we settled on a home Maritza just let go all together. We ended up doing a final walk through an hour before closing. The homeowners were still in the home cleaning. Upon walking through we noticed a hole in the wall left from the previous owner's alarm system. The carpet was very worn. The hard wood was scratched from moving furniture out. Locks were left in tack on the property. Once we closed we heard nothing from Maritza. She stopped answering our phone calls and left us hanging. We have been in our home three months and still not one phone call. Things Maritza should have dine to help a first time buyer. She should have requested a professional move out cleaning. She should have walked the property before closing. She should have made sure no damage was made to the home before closing. She should have followed up with her buyers. We were truly upset because once she got paid that was it. No further contact even to say welcome home.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Maritza from a flyer I received after a first failed attempt at selling my house. For some reason i felt like giving her a chance, a decision i do not regret. We got a buyer two days after she hosted the first open house. Luck? Maybe. But during the whole process, I felt like I was Maritza's only client. Even if I wasn't when we talked she remembered me and my house and not someone elses. She didn't hand me over to her "team" to sell the house and when we found out there was a screw up with the title, she went the extra mile to help me straighten it out. She is also very respected and praised by her colleagues. I highly recommend Maritza. You will be very impressed by her candor and professionalism.
