We are new to the area, and needed to make several trips from another state to look at homes over the course of several months. Maritta took us to over 70 homes (maybe over 100?) over that time and was very helpful in going to see homes and recording video walk-throughs when we found homes that we were interested in, but not able to come visit in person quickly. She is also part of a great team, so on the rare occasions where she would not be available, she always made sure that someone else on the team was available to work with us. We were able to get great advice from her and other members of the team that helped us sometimes notice potential problems with a home, or also to determine other things that looked like potential problems were not really a problem. We trusted their judgment, and in the end we wound up putting in an offer on the house we bought before we were able to see it in person ourselves, partly because of walk-throughs and feedback that we trusted from Maritta.

Thank you Stern Team with special thanks to Maritta Dalrymple. Prior to working with her I was using multiple internet SEs to identify properties. I was in/out of town at a moments notice for work and found it impossible to get a handle on the market as properties were selling faster than the internet could report. She made my purchase a breeze. I even made an offer based on her walkthrough. Although that property fell through due to an issue with my lender; a week later we were under contract for another and we closed in less than 30 days. Outstanding!
